Ice Jam Destroys Church at Hay River, 2008

Ice run destroys church near Hay River, NWT (Canada), May 6, 2008

Power lines were taken down and a historic Anglican Church on the Kátl`odeeche First Nation Reserve was knocked off of its foundation during an ice run on the East Channel of the Hay River in 2008.
